This policy explains what personal information tebox.in collects, why, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
- Order details: delivery address, phone number and the items you buy.
- Designs you upload: artwork and text you add in the design studio.
- Payment details: handled entirely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Usage data: basic information about how the site is used, to keep it working and improve it.
How we use it
- To process, print, ship and support your orders.
- To send order emails: confirmation, shipping updates and refunds.
- To keep your bag, wishlist and login working.
- To send offers or newsletters, only if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what each partner needs to do its job:
- Razorpay, to take payments and issue refunds.
- Courier partners, your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order.
- Email and hosting providers, to run the site and send emails.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your bag and protect the site. Turning cookies off in your browser may stop the bag and login from working.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other account data is kept while your account is active.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Email tboxcbe@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will reply within 7 working days.
