Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we ship

We deliver everywhere in India. We do not ship outside India yet.

Processing time

Every tee, ready-made or custom-printed, is printed or packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 working days of payment.

Delivery time (after dispatch)

• Metro cities: 2 to 4 days
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 days

Remote areas can take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees.

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders over ₹999.
• Below that, a flat ₹79 delivery fee is added at checkout.

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Tracking

As soon as the courier picks up your parcel, we email you a tracking link. You can also see the order status any time under Account → Orders.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email tboxcbe@gmail.com with your order number. We will chase the courier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
