Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every visit to tebox.in and every order placed on it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. "tebox", "we" and "us" mean the store run at tebox.in; "you" means the customer.

Using the site

• You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian's consent.
• Keep your account password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, scrape it at scale, or place fake orders.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
• Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed garment. Sizes follow the size guide on each product page.
• We may change prices or products at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place the order.

Orders and payment

• Orders are prepaid online through our payment partner, Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We never see or store your card details.
• An order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. You will see a confirmation page and receive an email.
• We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item goes out of stock, a price was shown in error, or a custom design breaks our content rules below.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Covered in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: cancel any time before your order ships, return or exchange ready-made tees within 7 days of delivery, and custom-printed tees are not returnable unless they arrive defective.

Custom designs

• When you upload artwork or text in the design studio, you confirm you own it or have permission to print it.
• We will not print designs that copy someone else's trademark or artwork, or that are hateful, obscene or illegal. If a design breaks these rules we cancel the order and refund it in full.
• You keep the rights to your design. You let us use it only to print and deliver your order.

Intellectual property

The tebox name, logo, product designs, photos and the content of this site belong to tebox. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Liability

We take care to describe products accurately and deliver them on time. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events or other causes outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
